How we handle your data
When you book a trip, request a quote, or contact us, we collect the details you submit (name, email, phone, travel dates, party size, message) for the sole purpose of fulfilling the requested service. We never sell personal data.
Booking records are retained for legal and accounting purposes. Marketing communications require explicit opt-in. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, email support@galaxydynamics.net.
Payments are processed by certified third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, M-Pesa). We never store full card numbers on our servers.

All content on this site is provided in good faith. Bookings are subject to the relevant operator's terms; trip availability and pricing may change without notice. Galaxy Dynamics Limited provides the underlying platform and is not the contractual provider of individual safari trips.
